Angel has over 15 years of experience with tax planning, research, and consulting for clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, technology, construction, service, as well as real estate for both the public and private sectors. She specializes in federal, state and foreign tax returns for partnerships, privately held businesses and multinational companies. In addition to managing compliance engagements, Angel is responsible for a broad range of tax consulting services, including structuring of new business ventures, assistance in IRS examinations, and accounting for income taxes under ASC 740. Prior to joining FML, Angel worked at PwC progressing to tax manager. She was responsible for providing tax outsourcing and secondary tax provision services to both publicly traded and privately held corporations. In addition, Angel had two years of experiences in the assurance practice with PwC before her tax career.
